How do I add an adsense revenue sharing model to my site?

Written by admin on April 14, 2010 – 6:38 pm -

The site doesn’t exist yet, but I’m curious as to how I’d add an adsense revenue share model to my site. By that I mean, a user gets a percent on the money earned from adsense ads with their ID on certain pages.

Any help appreciated, cheers.

The most 2 easiest way to do that are :
    1. If you have money, hire a coder and he would do that using google api.

    2. Set a variable , lets say it pub. The content/value of pub variable it will be the publisher id of site user/author/contributor/etc.
When the visitors of the site will see pages/articles/posts of some author, the ads will be displayed for that author, using in the code of the adsense unit the variable pub.
    Example:

If you use something like wordpress, the easiest way to split profits would be to choose a plugin that sometimes displays your ads, sometimes displays the other person’s ads. (although, last I checked these can be expensive and imperfect. Also, whether or not you get real earnings kind of depends on how lucky you are.) As the first answerer suggested, you can also have a programmer set your site to do that.

But I am under the impression that you want to participate in AdSense’s revenue sharing. (Where every time someone clicks an ad, you and the publisher will split the revenue.) Google does have an API, but you will not be eligible until your site gains a lot of popularity – like 100,000 daily page views.
